Vintage Conditions
The Barossa experienced very mild conditions through December, January, February and March with only two days over 40C. Coupled with some January rainfall the overall harvest was an absolute stunner. Colours were fabulous and the aromatics and natural acidity make the 2021 Vintage one that will be talked about for a long time
Overview
Medium to full bodied with lifted fresh spicy notes and great complexity. Fresh fruit characters of plums, cassis and berries carry onto the palate underpinned by older oak. The finish is soft, fresh and smooth with wonderful, persistent length of fruit and oak flavours.
