The summer was the coolest in the past 10 years. Several rain periods in January and February resulted in good soil moisture and coupled with cooler temperatures provided optimal conditions for berry development. A welcome change to the previous 2 years.

We partner with some of our neighbouring grape growers and winemakers to produce what we feel is the best example of Sauvignon Blanc the Adelaide Hills has to offer. This Sauvignon Blanc shows attention to detail throughout the who winemaking process. This Wine has great citrus and tropical aromas, with complex crisp flavours of lychee lime, passionfruit. With a soft and well balanced palate with a refreshing lingering finish.
